If your request is urgent, please either email the prescription team at bnssg.priory.scripts@nhs.net  or drop your request off in person before 14:30.

You can email your routine prescription request to our Prescriptions Team at bnssg.priory.scripts@nhs.net - Please include the following information:

• Patient's name
• date of birth
• first line of address
• medications required
• Strength of medication
• Which pharmacy you wish your prescription to be sent to

PLEASE NOTE - Any paper prescriptions not collected within 4 weeks will be destroyed.
