COVID Passports

In the last few weeks, we have seen an increase in queries from our patients regarding vaccine passports, which we are unable to help with. Please do not contact us about this.

If you have been vaccinated in England, Wales or Scotland, your vaccine passport is available via the NHS COVID pass. We understand there is a national issue with some vaccinations not showing up in the app. There is a solution being put in place to resolve this - from next week (2 August), please call 119 if you are affected and they will be able to help you.

If you were vaccinated outside of England, Wales or Scotland, there is currently no way to access a vaccine passport via the NHS COVID pass. The government have not yet published any details about when this will be possible. Please do not call us about this as we will be unable to help.

Test Results

Test results can be given out over the phone but only to the person who had the test. To keep phone lines free for those people trying to make an appointment, please do not contact the practice for test results until after 12pm.

You may be asked for the following information:

  • Your Name/ Address and DOB
  • The date when your test was taken
  • The name of your test/the reason for your test

 

PLEASE NOTE:  The Receptionist will ONLY give the comment that your GP has made about your results. If you require further information you will need to book an appointment or telephone consultation to discuss your results with a doctor.
